Step 3: Finding Premises

 

A lease contract of the business premises is one of the important documents when file incorporation.

On registration of a business you need to provide a local address for your place of business which must be approved for business use by the City or County. While a P.O. Boxes cannot be used as a registered business address. As long as the zoning of the property is qualified, whether it is situated in the heart of the city district or in a suburban estate, a residential flat or property, housed in modern luxury apartment or a flatted factory, or it could be registered in a business center for short term before an ideal premises is decided.
