Good Earth CPA is a Taipei-based firm of Taiwan certified public accountants (CPAs). Since 1997 we have helped foreign investors and international businesses establish and operate companies in Taiwan, providing accounting, taxation, company formation, corporate administration and related business services.

We are far richer than they could ever have dreamt; we are beyond their imagination.

Our History
Joseph Ni, a certified public accountant licensed in Taiwan and the United States, founded Good Earth CPA in 1997. The firm has long focused on foreign entrepreneurs and international companies doing business in Taiwan.
For foreign investors seeking to establish a business presence in Taiwan, finding a qualified Taiwan CPA who understands their needs can be challenging. Good Earth CPA offers experienced accounting, tax compliance, secretarial, payroll compliance and business formation services. In keeping with our philosophy, we deliver these services in a professional and friendly way, uphold the strictest business and personal ethics, and aim for long-term working relationships with our clients.

Our People
Joseph Ni, Founder
Certified public accountant in Taiwan (ROC) and the United States (Maryland). Joseph Ni is a mediator of the Taiwan Shihlin District Court, has served on the board of Transparency International Chinese Taipei, and is a member of the European Chamber of Commerce Taipei (ECCT) and the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Taiwan (CCIFT). He holds a master’s degree in public financial management from the University of Southern California.
Dr. Hsu Jen-Hui, Government Relations Advisor
Former Deputy Minister of Finance of Taiwan and former Director of the Finance Department of Taipei County (now New Taipei City). Dr. Hsu has served as Managing Director of Mega Bank, Director of First Commercial Bank and chairman of Transparency International Chinese Taipei, and is a member of the Central Integrity Committee of the Agency Against Corruption. He is a former adjunct professor at National Chengchi University and former Dean of the School of Management at Shih Hsin University, and holds a PhD in public financial management from the University of Southern California.
Dr. Iris Vrabec, Investment Advisor
Founder and managing director of Dr. Vrabec Asia Consulting in Berlin. Dr. Vrabec holds a PhD in Sinology and a master’s degree in economics from Ruhr-University Bochum, Germany.
Kevin Hou, Certified Public Accountant
Certified public accountant in Taiwan (ROC) and the People’s Republic of China, certified public appraiser and certified securities investment analyst. Kevin Hou holds master’s degrees in law (Soochow University), management science (National Chiao Tung University) and information engineering (Tamkang University), and a bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology.
