Joseph Ni founded Good Earth CPA in 1997. He is a certified public accountant in both Taiwan and the United States (Maryland), and his professional experience includes accounting, taxation and business advisory services for companies operating in Taiwan and for international investors.
He is a mediator of the Taiwan Shihlin District Court, has served on the board of Transparency International Chinese Taipei, is a member of the European Chamber of Commerce Taipei (ECCT) and the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Taiwan (CCIFT), and has international professional experience, including an association with IDW Germany. He holds a master’s degree in public financial management from the University of Southern California.

DR. HSU, JEN HUI
Government Relations Advisor · Former Deputy Minister of Finance, Taiwan
Dr. Hsu Jen Hui brings extensive experience in Taiwan’s public finance, banking, taxation and government affairs.
He previously served as Deputy Minister of Finance and as Director of the Finance Department of Taipei County (now New Taipei City), and held board positions including Managing Director of Mega Bank and Director of First Commercial Bank. He has served as chairman of Transparency International Chinese Taipei and as a member of Taiwan’s Central Integrity Committee, and has taught and held leadership roles at Shih Hsin University, including Dean of the School of Management.
Dr. Hsu holds a PhD in public financial management from the University of Southern California and provides valuable expertise in Taiwan’s financial, governmental and regulatory environment.

Investment Advisor
Dr. Iris Vrabec has extensive experience in international investment and business consulting, particularly involving Taiwan, Europe and Asia.
She founded and managed an Asian consulting firm in Berlin and has professional experience supporting international businesses and investors. She holds a master’s degree in economics and a PhD in Sinology.
Her international background provides Good Earth CPA with additional expertise in cross-border investment and business relationships.

Kevin Hou is a certified public accountant in both the People’s Republic of China and Taiwan (ROC). His professional background includes accounting, taxation, investment and business advisory.
He is also a certified public appraiser and securities investment analyst. His academic background includes degrees in law, management science and information engineering.
His combination of accounting, financial, legal and technical expertise supports Good Earth’s work with businesses operating across different jurisdictions.
