Foreign individuals and entities are required to engage a professional agent, a Certified Public Accountant or a Lawyer to prepare documentation and file all application for the investment in Taiwan.

Business Permits and Licenses

Sometimes special licenses are needed to conduct a specific type of business and your registered company will have to apply for a business license such as.

  • Professional services such as Construction, Civil Engineering, Architect, need an occupational license
  • Permit for certain types of business activities you need to apply for Business Activity Licenses
  • Certain types of business such as travel agencies ,and foreign worker employment agencies need to apply for a Special License and provide a Guarantee Bond for operating the business.
