[Investment] Amendment of Article 6, 12 and 17 of Regulation Governing Visiting, Residence and Permanent Resident of Aliens issued on Feb 27, 2009

1.     Paragraph 5 of Article 6 shall be also applicable to resident in Republic of China who has household registered in Republic of China.

2.     For Condition 1 of Article 12, amount of capital is changed from NT$15,000,000 to NT$30,000,000.

3.     For Paragraph 2 of Article 17, man at or near conscription age who has not fulfilled the military services must not apply for extension of visiting, residence or permanent residence in case:

1. No Overseas Compatriot Identity Certificate for Military Service Purpose or R.O.C. passport with Overseas Chinese Passport Status Visa can be provided;
2. Overseas Chinese eligible male has stayed in Taiwan for one year;
3. Conscription must be fulfilled and restriction of exit shall be executed.
